The photos below
were taken with different cameras but show the same results.
We were walking around the Hugenot Cemetery when a woman came up
to us, pointed to the grave in the first picture below and said,
"He doesn't want you here, you're making him
angry".
We were still new
at Ghost Hunting and in a cemetery 11 o'clock at night in a
strange city. Who was this woman?
The strange thing
was, we got the feeling she was right. She indicated that
she was a medium and that there was a young boy of 13 in the
cemetery who liked to have his picture made and that he was in
that tree and pointed to a tree. We walked from the side of
the cemetery around to the front while the woman told us the boys'
story. She told us he was playing in the tree then told us
when and where to take the pictures.
Notice the orbs in each
picture. Could it really be the boys spirit? Let's
back up a little bit and tell you what else happened while we were
there.
We had agreed to meet Glen Baker, a fellow Ghost
Tracker at the cemetery. He works in Jacksonville and drove
to meet us after he got off work. We had never met him
in person, only thru e-mail so we didn't know what he looked
like. He called Marlene's cell phone to say he was in St.
Augustine and would see us in twenty minutes or so.
In the
meantime, we met the medium, visited with her and took the
pictures she instructed us to take. We said our goodbyes and
stood waiting in front of the cemetery for Glen. We were
wondering what happened to Glen, he was late.
While waiting
we tried to take a few more pictures but could not . Our
batteries weren't dead, but our cameras would not operate.
Come to find out, Marlene's cell phone wouldn't work either.
This man came walking up to us and identified himself as Glen and
said he had been trying to call us. No
phone, no camera. Could that have been spirits playing with
us? Who knows....but something we have experienced over the
years is equipment failure or malfunction and dead batteries -
only to step away from the area and test the equipment and
batteries - most often both are in normal working order.
