North West Florida Paranormal Research

While not formally organized until 2001, the three co-founders began investigating paranormal events in 1995 when they realized the office building they worked in was active.  The three co-workers continued the investigation at that location for eight years.  Over the years each one experienced paranormal phenomena including witnessing a male apparition several times over the years at the office site. 

We are located in Pensacola, Florida. Our research and investigations are conducted in the Northwest Florida and Southern Alabama area, but we have ventured west to the plantation homes of Louisiana, East to the oldest city in America, St. Augustine, Florida and south to Cassadaga, Florida.

While investigating either a public or private site, we treat each investigation with professionalism, respect for both those living and those deceased, and attempt to perform our research in a discreet manner as to not disrupt regular activities, or add to any stress relating to the possibility of paranormal events or of those who do not share the same views we have about spirits and ghosts.

The collection of paranormal evidence, including photos, videos, audio recordings of paranormal events or investigations are kept in the strictest confidence and we will only release or publish information on cases where permission has been granted to do so by authorized parties. Any authorized releases will be made available to the public unaltered and uncensored via the website, written report or in person with appropriate advanced notice.

The GHG Team seeks to educate ourselves and others of Ghosts /Spirits searching for the how and the why. We seek the truth, and will share with others what we believe to be the truth with information we've gathered from our investigations, and from paranormal investigators.  GHG sustains an effort to educate the public, and offer assistance to those who live with the possibility of a haunting, with an understanding of their fears and experiences. 

The GHG Team consists of professional business people who donate their time and equipment to further their personal quests for information, research and documentation of paranormal activity. We are comprised of researchers and skeptics who follow strict guidelines while attempting to rule out all things logical explanations such as human, environmental influence or error by reasonable deduction and scientific process so that the only other explanation is paranormal or scientifically unexplainable. Using a process of elimination for a rational explanation, we are then beginning a process to identify documented anomalies and rule out further possibilities. We seek the truth.

We believe that, based on personal experiences and collected data from years of research, which includes scientific readings, video and audio data that we have evidence that supports the plausibility of the existence of Ghosts/Spirits.  It is our goal is to provide conclusive, documented evidence of paranormal activity.  We believe that skepticism is healthy, and that all reasonable explanations should be ruled out prior to declaring an experience to be paranormal in nature.

We work within the Standards and Protocols recognized by paranormal research organizations throughout the world.

We are a small group of individuals each having dealt with situations or events where paranormal activity is suspected.   The founders are Christian based; we support the right of personal choice of all faiths, creeds, and religions, regardless of race, age or gender.

We believe that our data provides us with evidence that Ghosts and Spirits interact with us physically, emotionally, visually, or audibly and that they leave energy signatures that can be picked up by our equipment.  We employ electronic equipment to document and substantiate our experiences.  Various types of Cameras, EMF Detectors, Audio and video recordings, IR Thermometers, and Motion Detectors all help us identify phenomena we call Ghosts.

GHG Ghost Hunters feels an obligation and responsibility to uphold the reputation of paranormal researchers and investigator teams nationwide.  It is our belief that professionalism, consideration and respect for the living as well as the deceased are essential in the field of paranormal research and investigation. We are dedicated to gathering evidence that will lead to a better understanding of the spirit-world.

GHG Ghost Hunters conducts investigations in the northwest Florida area as requested.  Sites out of our immediate area are referred to reciprocating paranormal investigative teams.  

Mission Statement

It is the mission of GHG Ghost Hunters to research and investigate paranormal phenomena in the north-west Florida area. With a specialization in ghosts and haunting GHG investigates various types of locations where such phenomena have been reported. We are always in search of evidence of ghosts and the paranormal, and during this process also hope to obtain a better understanding through further study and expand our findings of the paranormal and its nature.
